She births.
We hold.

Her body. Her information.
Her choices. Her birth.

Pregnancy, birth and postpartum support grounded in your voice, your decisions and the person you are.

Our approach
InformationAgencySupportOwnership

Choice, without an agenda

Informed is
empowered.

Power is information, agency, support and ownership of the experience.

Power is not defined by achieving a particular kind of birth. Information should expand your choices, not prescribe them.

There is no hierarchy of births. An epidural, induction, planned caesarean, home birth, hospital birth or physiological birth is not a measure of a woman's strength.

There is no feeding agenda. Breastfeeding, formula feeding and individual feeding decisions do not determine how deserving you are of support.

Your circumstances, preferences and questions belong in the conversation.

What doula support means here

A steady presence.
Your voice, central.

Doula support is non-clinical. It can include emotional and practical support, antenatal preparation, evidence-aware information and education, signposting, continuity and presence.

That might mean making room for your questions, helping you prepare for conversations, or offering practical and emotional support while you remain central to your own care.

Doulas do not provide medical care, diagnosis, clinical assessment or medical advice, and do not replace a midwife, doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.

Support her voice
rather than become her voice.

Information meets agency

Your birth.
Your decisions.

Questions are part of informed decision-making. So are your preferences and individual circumstances.

A recommendation is a starting point for a conversation. Something being routine does not automatically make it required for every individual.

You can ask your healthcare team what is being recommended and why, what the options mean for your circumstances, and how timing affects those options.

The doula's role is to support your participation in those conversations, not to interpret clinical findings, decide for you or speak over you.

Evidence-aware support.
Individualised care.
Ownership of your experience.
